梅雨になって、旬のタケノコを味わうというより雨後のタケノコに驚くことが増えています。

細く長く天に向かって伸びていきます。
ところで「雨後のタケノコ」という言葉なんですが、
私は「雨の後たくさん出てくる＝自然の恵みとタイミングで繁栄する＝成長も早い」みたいに広く解釈していました。
さきほど、なんとなく調べてみたら、こんなふうに解説されていたのです。
