つゆが明けて夏本番となってきています。
週末はなぜか天気が悪く、先週末も花火大会が中止になった地域がありました。
不思議ですね～
台風がくるのはなぜか週末。
カレンダーを知っているかのようです。
花火だけではなく、レジャーに行く人も多いのに週末に
雨になってしまうとなんとなく歯車が狂います。
最近の天気の変化は本当に南国のようでビックリすることが多いです。
温暖化のせいなのか、自然の力がそうさせているのかわからないですが、
太古の時代暑い気候から寒い気候に変わって生物が
多数絶滅に向かっていきました。
そんなことの繰り返しに徐々になっているのかもしれないと思うと
穏やかな気分ではいられないですね～
エアコンで快適な環境にいると、外に一歩出ただけで「むーっ」とする空気に
辟易してしまいます。
ポツポツと好きなことを書いて半年近くになりました。
自分の中の備忘録になっているような気がします。
物を見る目線が少し変わったかもしれません。
何かに注目できるような感受性が高まっていると
人間的に成長ができるような気がします。
活字と紙が好きで本は手放せないですね～
文字で何かを表現するのも楽しくて、
何か話題を見つけようと毎日必死です♪

If you have a heightened sense of being able to pay attention to something I feel like I can grow as a person. I love print and paper, and I can't let go of books~ It's fun to express something with letters, I'm desperate every day trying to find something to talk about♪

今読んでいる本がなかなか進まないです。
小林秀雄さんの「考えるヒント3」
話が難しいというより、ロシアの文豪の話が多くて人の名前がなかなかよくわからずです。
もともとロシア文学は苦手であまり読んでいないので
特にそう感じるのかもしれません。
人名が舌をかみそうな名前で大変・・・
考え方が難しい・・・
そんな印象です。
講演記録が入っているので、話を聞いている人が大勢いたことになるけれど、難しい話に興味をもった人がたくさんいたんだなぁという感想です。

それに比較してみると、イギリスやアメリカの英語圏の言葉はなじみやすい気がします。

勝手に自分の中で方向性が定まってしまったのかもしれません。
大人になってくるとかなり選り好みをして本を選びませんか？
実際に小説はジャンルが偏重していて、好きなものばかり読むことが多いです。
作家好みにしても同じことです。
古典を読もうとか、日本の小説を読もうとか意識はしていても、なかなか好みから脱却することが難しいです。
ニュースを見て気になることを本で読んでみればいいものを
そのまま流してしまうのはなんだかもったいない気がします。
ただ読むペースが追いついていかないので、それも大変かもしれない。
数ヶ月ごとにテーマを変えて本を読んでみるといいと聞いたことがあります。
現在それに挑戦中で、作家にこだわって読んでいるが、
なかなか先に進まなくて、逆にイライラしてきてしまうことも・・・
ロシア文学も一度読み始めたことがあったのですが、
途中で挫折したような気がします。
どうも言葉がなじまない・・・
音の響きにのっていかないということなのかもしれません。
名作と言われるものはたくさんあるので、嫌いと言っていないで1冊完読してみればいいのかもしれません。
少し先の目標にしておきます。
（やっぱりすぐは無理かな～）

What you should read in a book about what you care about when you see the news I feel like it's kind of a waste to let it flow as it is. However, it may be difficult because the pace of reading is not catching up. I've heard that it's good to read a book with a different theme every few months. I'm currently trying to do that, and I'm reading with a focus on the author, It's hard to move forward, and on the contrary, I get frustrated... I once started reading Russian literature, I feel like I got frustrated along the way. I'm not familiar with the language... It may be that it does not follow the sound of the sound. There are many titles that are considered masterpieces, so it might be a good idea to read one book without saying you don't like it. Set a goal a little further. (I wonder if it's impossible right away~)

梅雨の晴れ間で良い天気になりました。
３連休の最終日、お昼すぎから30度を超え、日差しがじりじりと焼きつくようになりました。
さすがにエアコンを入れましたが、今年は日中でもエアコンなしで過ごせる日が続いています。
珍しく買い物についていきました。
スポーツショップでポロシャツをもとめたのですが、すでに夏のプライスダウンが始まっていました。
そんな時期かな？？と、なんだか浮世のごとしです。
外に出なさすぎ？かもしれません。
とりわけ外にあまり出なくても問題がないので、自分では気づかなかったのですが、部屋で活字を追っていることが多いです。
もう赤とんぼがたくさん飛んでいました。
こんなに早くから目にしたかなぁ～と、一瞬思いましたが、ソフトのグラウンドでそういえば今頃もういたかもしれないと思い出しました。
外野は芝生なのでトンボがよく飛んでいました！
旧暦の暦では、すでに小暑がすぎて来週は大暑です。
暑中見舞いの最中になってきますね！
最近はなかなかはがき1枚出すことが少なくなってきましたが、時候の挨拶を出さないとと、ふっとカレンダーを見上げて思い出しました。
今年も半分が過ぎてしまったと思うのか、あと半分残っていると思うのか・・・

どうも梅雨入りは遅かったものの、梅雨明けは例年通りになりそうです。
野菜が日照不足で生育に影響が出ているので気がかりで、美味しい夏野菜が欲しいですね♪
自然の恵みをコントロールすることができないのはロボットが活躍する時代になっても変わらないでしょう。

1993年の冷夏に匹敵するとか。
いまでもよく覚えています。
冷夏で米不足となって、タイ米の輸入が行われた年ですね。
個人的には、1993年の夏は、野外でのイベントが多かったので雨の印象は薄いのです。
記憶は、自分に都合の良いように変わるものなのかもしれませんね。

【ちょっとメモ】
1993年の米不足は、1993年米騒動や平成の米騒動と呼ばれているそうです。

冷夏の原因は、フィリピンの火山噴火。1991年6月のMt. Pinatuboピナトゥボ山の大噴火です。

海の日　2019 Marine Day 2019

2019年の「海の日」は、7／15（月）です。


海の日は、7月第3月曜日。

2020年の「海の日」は、7／23(木)です。
"Marine Day" in 2020 is Thursday, July 23rd.



海を記念していてる祝日は、日本独自らしいですね。

海と縁のある国は多くても、「海の恩恵に感謝して、海洋国としての繁栄を願う」という趣旨で祝日にしているのは日本だけというのは意外だなと思いました。

連休にするために第3月曜日が海の日になりましたが、それ以前の7／20の印象が個人的に強いです。祝日ですがイベントに朝から出かけたりして、あわただしい一日だったような記憶があります。

『連休にするために第〇月曜日を祝日にする』のは、ハッピーマンデー制度にもとづいています。

2019年は、梅雨空のなかで「海の日」となりそうですが、海の幸をいただきながら祝うのも良いかもしれません。
