2013年から乗っていた車が10月に9年目の車検を控えていたので新車に買い替えました。

社有車として旧車は償却は終えており評価額はゼロ円でしたが、下取りで55万円になりました。車検まで2か月で走行距離は46000Kmの評価額としては破格だそうです。

それだけ新車不足で中古車市場が活況だからです。

今回も新車は社有車にしますが、12月決算なので償却費としては247万円×0.33×4か月÷12か月≒27万円が2022年度の経費になり、旧車の下取り55万円は特別利益になるので、決算上は約28万円の利益になってしまいました。

(現金は192万円の支払いです。）

別に狙ったわけでもないですが、こんなこともあるんだなと思いました。

The yen is an extraordinary profit, so the profit on the settlement of accounts was about 280,000 yen. (The cash payment is 1.92 million yen.) I didn't aim for it, but I thought it might happen.

新車に買い替えてから2年が経過しました。2022年の夏は半導体不足での新車の供給不足で中古車の平均価格がピークでした。結果論ですが2022年8月に新車の買い替えで下取りは、ほぼベストタイミングでした。

最近の状況では新車の価格の上昇と、認証不正の問題で新車の供給数が減って再び中古車の平均価格が上昇しています。

2022年の夏のピークを超えて平均価格は120万円以上となっています。

認証不正の問題が解消して、新車の供給が回復した時が次の買い替えタイミングかも知れません。
