カルロス・ゴーン解任 日産臨時株主総会 西川社長「払いたくない」と明言
4月8日に日産の臨時株主総会に行ってきました。
・第１号議案 取締役カルロス ゴーン解任の件
・第２号議案 取締役グレック ケリー解任の件
・第３号議案 第1号議案承認を条件としてジャンドミニク スナール氏を取締役に選任する件
の３つの議案は全て承認されました。午前10時から午後1時まで3時間でした。
「経営陣は総退陣せよ」という意見もありましたが、予測したより荒れなかったです。「ゴーンの暴走を何故許したのか？」という疑問には明らかにされませんでした。印象に残ったのは「ゴーンに退職金や慰労金は支払われるのか？」という質問に西川社長が「払いたくない」と明言した時に、株主から笑いが起きたのが印象に残りました。
