・倹約
・増税
など、さまざまな政策が行われました。
その一方で、さつまいもの研究や、商品作物の奨励が行われています。

享保の改革でさつまいもの研究と言えば、青木昆陽ですね。
青木昆陽がさつまいもの栽培に成功したのが、小石川農園や九十九里が有名。
ですが、「昆陽神社」が祀られている土地もあります。
それが、幕張です。
幕張といっても、幕張メッセがある副都心ではなく、かつて漁師町だった海辺の幕張です。
Speaking of sweet potato research in the reform of Kyoho, it is Aoki Konyō. Koishikawa Farm and Kujukuri are famous for Aoki Konyō's successful cultivation of sweet potatoes. However, there are some lands where "Konyo Shrine" is enshrined. That is Makuhari. 幕張は、かつて海辺でした。
この地でさつまいもの研究栽培は成功し、地元の人たちは秋葉神社の境内に「昆陽神社」を建立しています。
Close to Keisei / Makuhari station. Makuhari used to be a beach. Research and cultivation of sweet potatoes has been successful in this area, and locals have built "Konyo Shrine" in the precincts of Akiba Shrine.

青木昆陽は、いまもなお「芋神様」として親しまれています。
すぐ近くの道路は「幕張昆陽地下道」と呼ばれています。
Aoki Konyō is still popular as "Imogami-sama". The road in the immediate vicinity is called "Makuhari Konyo Underpass".

飢饉での人的被害なし！
No human damage due to famine!
青木昆陽がなくなってから、天明の飢饉が発生しました。しかし、この地では「大飢饉にもかかわらず一人の餓死者も出さなかった」と語り継がれています。
After the disappearance of Aoki Konyō, the famine of Tenmei occurred. However, in this area, it is said that "no one died of starvation despite the great famine."
