どちらでも。最近は「掛け算」で説明されています。
生産者が加工した製品を流通させて販売するまで、トータルでビジネス展開するのが特徴です。
生産者が販売価格を決められるので、途中のマージンを抑制して販売価格を適度に抑えることもできますし、生産者がマージンを得られるので増収も見込めます。
野菜や果物の生産物が、生産者や地域ごとにブランド化されることにもつながりました。
産地直送や消費者への直接販売など、ありそうであまりなかったスタイルが定着してきたことも背景にあります。
アンテナショップ、サテライトショップ、パイロットショップなど呼び方はいくつかありますが、特産品を直接販売することで得られるのは「収益」だけではなく「反応」も！
消費者の反応を実際に目の当たりにすることで、生産しているだけでは体感できなかった情報や生身の感情に触れられます。
カフェやレストランを経営するケースも増えていますので、ますます目が離せない分野です。

地域活性化や町おこし的に、大規模に取り組んでいるケースも。
茨城県境町では、農産物を加工する施設と、食べられるレストランがあります。
設計したのは隈研吾さんです。

猿島さしま茶の木が植えられています。日除けにも効果的。
豚肉の料理には梅山豚めいしゃんとんが使われています。
飼育しているのは、塚原牧場です。境町にあります。
 Sashima Sashima tea tree is planted. Also effective for awning. Meishan pig Meishan pig is used in pork dishes. It is bred at Tsukahara Ranch. Located in Sakai Town.

それぞれ、どのように定義されているのでしょうか。
まずは農林水産省の見解をご紹介します。

そのような意識は、ありませんでした。
いちご、メロン、すいかなどは野菜に分類されますが、果実的な利用をすることから果実的野菜として扱っています。

そうとは言い切れません。
あまり正論振りかざしても意味ないようですよ？
でもまあ、いちおうは「草性」「木になる」という見分け方を知った上で、好きなように表現すれば良いのではないでしょうか。

Awkward days　Scenery of the Showa period




小さな漁村を訪れた時、その風景は昭和の時代がそのまま残っているようでした。
木造の建物が続く街並みです。
地域の人たちはこの風景を積極的に残したくているのではないようでしたが。。
When I visited a small fishing village, the scenery seemed to remain from the Showa period. It is a cityscape with many wooden buildings. People in the area didn't seem to want to leave this landscape positively. ..



すっかり過疎化の波の中に入り込んでしまって、もがけど全く先が見えないような印象がありました。
風景としては懐かしさが溢れて情緒があるように見えます。
石畳みの道路に木塀の家が立ち並んでいました。
I got into the wave of depopulation completely, and I had the impression that I couldn't see the future at all. The scenery is full of nostalgia and seems to be emotional. Wooden fence houses were lined up on the cobblestone road.


 

その一方で、「駅前」と名がついている交差点はあるものの、すでに列車は廃線となっていていました。
駅があったことを残すレプリカの線路と綺麗に改装した駅舎風の建物が観光案内所と図書館になっていました。
On the other hand, although there is an intersection named "Ekimae", the train has already been discontinued. A replica railroad track that left the station and a beautifully renovated station building-like building became a tourist information center and a library.



WEBでビジネスホテルと出ていても、実際には2軒ともすでにやめていて、少し入りずらい旅館と民宿が数軒あるのみです。
民宿ももちろん、廃業しているところもありました。
大病院に行くには高速バスで2時間です。
Even if it is listed as a business hotel on the WEB, in reality, both of them have already stopped, and there are only a few inns and guesthouses that are a little difficult to enter. Of course, there were some guesthouses that were out of business. It takes 2 hours by highway bus to get to the big hospital.


タイムマシーンに乗ったような地域でしたが、
人はあったかくて、とても親切でした。
海の幸が美味しいところなので、また機会があれば行きたいところです。
住みやすい街になるように努力を重ね、何か人をもっと惹きつけることがあると、転入してもらえますね。
この街には何が合っているのか、滞在期間中に考えてみたのですが、これといってピンとくるものがなかったのでが、少し残念でした。
It was an area like riding a time machine, The people were warm and very kind. The seafood is delicious, so I would like to go there again if I have the opportunity. If you make an effort to make the city a comfortable place to live and if there is something that attracts more people, you will be transferred. During my stay, I thought about what suits this city, but I was a little disappointed that there was nothing that came to my mind.
