ブドウ! ブドウ! ブドウ!ブドウです、スチューベン。
「山形県産」でした。あまり聞きなじみがなかったのですが、色も形も素晴らしいです。
冷蔵庫で冷やしてから頂きました。
甘い。
酸味ほとんど感じられず、さっぱり。
一粒に種ふたつ、な感じ。
大粒でも小粒でもなく、いろいろと中間的な感じがします。
ブドウといえば、デラウェア・巨峰・マスカットのイメージが強いので、スチューベンという名前を聞いたときは『新種か輸入かな』と思ってしまいました。
