白の琉球あさがおが咲いたのち、待望のブルー色が咲きました。
琉球あさがおが「オーシャンブルー」といわれるゆえんがこの色です。
正確にはこれは違うブルーなのですが、やはり「青」がいいんです。
その脇で、最近頑張っているのが「ギボウシ」です。

Beside that, "Hosta" is working hard recently.

昨年、買ったのですが、花がつかずに終わってしまいました。
今年になって土を掘り起こして、ブーゲンビリアを植え替えしたあとにひょっこりと芽が出てきました。
現在はぐんぐん伸びています。
花が咲くかな？？？
時々見かけることがあると思います。
（名前がわからないだけですよ！）

こんな花です。
葉っぱに特徴があって、白い斑が入っている種類もあります。
他の草花と一緒に合わせると綺麗です。

紫が好きだからかもしれません。。。
英語名 plantain lily は「オオバコユリ」という意味です。
葉が似ているところからの命名です。
思った以上に種類が多く、食用となるものもあるそうです。
多くの山野草と同じく、毒性のあるものがあり注意しなければなりません。
山で採りたての野草を美味しくいただくには知識が必要ですね～
名前を覚えるのが精いっぱいであった頃からすると、違う自分のようです。
年月を重ねたご褒美でしょうか。
梅雨入りでアジサイがピンとくる季節ですが、琉球あさがおも頑張って咲き乱れてほしいです。
夏の太陽を少しひんやりとさせる心持ちにしてくれますから。
ブルー色は見ていると爽やかな気分になります！！！
