本年度の申告では、多くの方にｅ－Ｔａｘを利用していただいたこともあり、申告データを国税庁のデータベースサーバに格納する際の処理や取り出す際の処理に極めて大きな負荷がかかり、処理パフォーマンスの低下が発生したことが上記事象の原因であることが判明しました。令和４年３月 16 日（水）以降は、ｅ－Ｔａｘによる申告件数の減少もあり、上記事象は発生しておらず、安定的に稼働しています。
