緑茶を使った料理も、いいですね！
私は、水に溶かすだけで飲める「粉茶」を、常備しています。
水に溶かして飲みます。そのまんまですね。
粉茶をふりかけのように使ってもいいのかな、と思いました。
緑茶のレシピは気づきませんでしたので、
そのまま緑茶として飲みました。

I always have "powdered tea" that can be drunk just by dissolving it in water.

さてさて、さわやかな緑茶の色と香りです。

お茶の木は、分類上は「ツバキ科ツバキ属」の常緑樹で「チャノキ」です。
つまりチャノキは、ツバキや、さざんかと、同じ仲間。ツバキ科ツバキ属の植物です。
ちなみに。
お茶の木は、秋から冬にかけて花が咲きます。
The tea tree is an evergreen tree of the "Camellia family" in the classification, and is "Tea plant".
