太平洋のすぐそば！
涸沼川が太平洋に流れています。
かつては海だったようです。
満ち潮のとき、海から涸沼川を逆流して海水が入ってきます。
淡水と海水が入り混じる環境は「汽水湖」と呼ぶらしいです。

 沼では漁業と、干拓による農業が盛んです。
湖畔（沼畔）は、キャンプ場が整備されています。
谷を利用して、植栽も。それがアジサイです。
およそ、1万株。
ひぬまアジサイまつりが開催されるようになりました。

 ひぬまアジサイまつり　7／15まで メインのイベントは、6／30・日曜日に開催されます。

あじさいの散策路は、どんどん整備されている感じです。
年々、ちょっとづつ規模が大きくなっている気がします。
満開になるのは、7月になってからでしょうね。
ゆっくりめです。
ピンクのアジサイが多いと思います！
アジサイの花の色は、土壌の酸性アルカリ性による影響なので、かなり計画的に手入れしているのではないでしょうか。
区画ごとに色が異なっていたり、楽しめます。
なお、
ピンクのアジサイの花言葉は「元気な女性」だそうです。

1杯おそらく100円です。たぶん。超ヘルシー！
涸沼は「やまとしじみ」「ひぬまやまとしじみ」という巨大しじみの産地です。
「土用の丑」＝「うなぎ」のイメージが強いですが、土用の時期のしじみは体に優しくて栄養価が高いといわれています。
地元では、「土用しじみ」と呼んでいて、旬の美味しさを味わえます。
6月～8月が、しじみの旬です。

紬の生地は新しいものは少しゴワゴワして着づらいですね。
絹糸に撚りをかけて紡いでいるのですが、使う繭が生糸を引き出せない品質の繭を使っています。
規格外品ではじかれたもので、緯糸と経糸両方に使用する時と片方のみに使用する場合があるそうです。
手で撚りをかけるので、太さが均一になっていなく節が出来たりして独特の風合いが出てきて織り上げたときにもアクセントになっています。
この凸凹感がなんともいえない素朴さをだしているのでしょう。

The silk thread is twisted and spun, but the quality of the cocoon used is such that the raw silk cannot be pulled out.
It was repelled by non-standard products, and it is said that it may be used for both weft and warp, or for only one.

紬も多くの地方で独特の味わいがある織物となっています。
米沢紬、結城紬、遠州紬などです。
製作工程がとても大変で一反作るのに何日かかることでしょう。
どれも独特の紬感があって高価なものなのに、普段着扱いで正装として認められていませんでした。
最近は略式正装としては着用することはできるようになったそうです。
誰がそんなこと決めているのか？？わかりません。
和装もドレスコードがうるさいですよね！

紬と聞くとすぐに思い浮かべるのが、大島紬。
泥染めとテーチ染めがあり、独特の色と風合いを出しています。
染め方もさることながら、模様の綺麗さが際立っているのがいいですね！
大島紬のキュッキュッと生地の擦れる音が響いて、着物が何かを主張しているようで好きです。
伝統ある日本の紬がこのあとも継承されていってほしいなぁと思います。
最近は5月でも30度を超える日があったりで、そのような日は袷の着物は暑くって着てられません。
単衣の季節（通常は6月から）ではなくても、襦袢も着物も夏対策にしないと熱中症になってしまうでしょう。
袷と単衣の時期をずらしてもいいんじゃないかなと思うくらいです。
カレンダーを見て、もう7月・・
今度は絽・紗の季節です。綿や麻も活躍しますね～
夏の着物は着ている本人は汗をかいていても、人からは涼し気に見られることがなぜか多くて、不思議・・・
湿度が低いと意外と汗をかかないので、30度くらいの気温は平気でいられます。
秘訣は帯を締める位置にあるらしい。
汗腺の位置を圧迫しているからって聞いたことがあります。
人の知恵なのかもしれません。

Even if it's not the season for single clothes (usually from June), you will get heat stroke if you don't take measures against summer in both the skirt and the kimono.
I think it's okay to stagger the timing of the awase and the hitoe.
Looking at the calendar, it's already July ...
This time is the season for roasting and gauze. Cotton and linen are also useful ~
Even if the person wearing the summer kimono is sweating, it is strange that people often see it as cool.
If the humidity is low, you won't sweat unexpectedly, so you can stay at a temperature of about 30 degrees Celsius.
The secret seems to be in the position to tighten the obi.
I've heard that it's squeezing the position of the sweat glands.
It may be human wisdom.
