梅祭りの開催期間中に、偕楽園駅が使われています。
臨時駅です。
ふだんは、常磐線が素通り。
梅祭り期間中でも、土日祝日など限定的。

Kairakuen Station is being used during the Plum Festival. It is a temporary station. Normally, the Joban Line passes through. Even during the plum festival, weekends and holidays are limited.

2019年「水戸の梅祭り」期間中のJR偕楽園駅利用者は、前年比・2％増えて、52735人でした。
The number of JR Kairakuen Station users during the 2019 Mito Plum Festival increased by 2% from the previous year to 52,735.

千波湖に近いので、桜お花見や千波湖花火大会でも利用できるといいのかなと思いつつ、今年も夏がきましたね。護国神社のアジサイも見ごろになります。

千波湖と隣接する周辺公園、その敷地面積は世界で第二位の広さです。
