そんな魚を紹介するプロジェクトが、プライドフィッシュのプロジェクトです。

地元の漁師だからこそ熟知している美味しさ。

美味しい魚を、さらに、より美味しく！

季節ごとの旬のタイミングを逃さずに、積極的に魚をアピールしています。
プライドフィッシュに選ばれるのは、次の基準をクリアした魚たち。
いつが旬なのか、季節を春夏秋冬ごとに取り上げているのもポイントです。
A really delicious fish that local fishermen know. The project to introduce such fish is the Pride Fish project. The deliciousness that only local fishermen are familiar with. Make delicious fish even more delicious! We are actively promoting fish without missing the timing of each season. Fish that meet the following criteria are selected as pride fish. It is also a point to take up the seasons for each spring, summer, autumn and winter when it is in season.

• 1.本当においしい漁師自慢の魚であること
     Being a really delicious fisherman's pride
• 2.地元で水揚げされたものであること
     Must be locally landed
• 3.旬を明確にした魚であること
     Being a fish with a clear season
• 4.全国漁業協同組合連合会の会員が独自に設けている基準（サイズ、水揚げ海域等）をクリアしている魚であること
