 佐藤隆さんの音楽には、お洒落な空気感が漂っています。が、心の深淵を覗き込まれてしまうような、なんとも言えない「ある種のコワさ」も感じてしまうのです。
いちばん最初に知ったのは「マイ クラシック」でした。1984年、夏。突如として耳にこびりついてしまった一曲です。
無機質なベースラインが、とてつもなく心地良くて、だけど、「え！　だれ？　なに、この曲」と、疑問符ばかり。
心地良くて素晴らしい音楽なんですが、どうにも『聴いたことない』『知らない』感が強烈にありました。
かといって、新人ではなさそうですし。
それまでは、知る人ぞ知る存在感だった気がします。

「マイ クラシック」

ああ。
むちゃくちゃ気持ちいいメロディライン。
歌詞の意味は、よく分かりませんでした。
が、『わかる』って感じてしまうわけです、
『うん。これ、わかるわかる』と。
なにがわかるのか分かりませんが、どうにも「香り」がするのです。
視覚に訴えてくるMVとも違いますし、聴覚を冴えさせる歌とも異質で、「マイ クラシック」が流れてくると、急に周囲の香りが気になりだすんですよ。
それも、自然な香りではなく、香水のほう。
行ったことのないパリを想像しながら、
「巴里の舗道を歩きながらウォークマンで聴きたい」
とか思ってました。
「マイ クラシック」と、ほぼ同じ時季に「桃色吐息」が大ヒットしています。
「桃色吐息」を歌っているのは高橋真梨子さんですが、『あ。この音楽は佐藤隆だな』とすぐピンと来たのも覚えています。
2020年、秋。
なぜか急に思い出して、ふたたび聴いています。
懐かしいというより、なぜか「いま」のような錯覚が自分の中に起きているので、もうしばらく何曲か聴くことにします。

と、うれしくなりました。

なんだか、うれしい。そういう気分です。

かつて、PASMOが私鉄だけしか利用できませんでした。

そんなふうに思いつつ、利用していたのです。

いつだったか、JRでも使えるようになったとき。

りんかい線でも使えるようになったとき。

うれしかった。

そのときの感動というか気分というか、なにかの波長が残っているのでしょう。

PASMOが動くとき、『今度は何だ』と良い意味でザワツキます。

ところでペイ系のペイペイやペイペイペイは、わかったようで分からないことが多いです。

とりあえず、PASMOに対する親近感というか、使い続けてきたからこその信頼が自分の中で構築されていることに気づきました。

色々な見方はあると思いますがポアロさんにちょっとがっかり。

俳優の方がよくないのではなくて、あの髭がNG

ふとブログを見て、『あれ。こんなに間が空いたんだっけ？』という気分になりました。
特別な忙しさを経験していたわけじゃないです。
かといって、いつも通りとも違います。
目の前のことに取り組み、時には未来のことを考えたり、ふと懐かしく思い出すこともあったり、その日その時を満喫しているうちにイマココになっていた、っていう感覚です。
ブログを綴らなかった期間は、『そういう時期だった』ということにして、また気持ちを新たにしつつ、やはり健康が大切だなとしみじみ感じています。
先週、新月でした。ついこのまえです、よね。もう今夜は、ハッキリとした三日月が夜空に見えていました。
書店には来年の手帳とカレンダーが並んでいます。
ほんとうに、季節の変わり目ですね。

日々の気づき
