5月27日は「小松菜の日」だそうです。私は本日、初めて知りました。
小松菜のエピソードといえば、将軍と神主さんのエピソードが有名です。
将軍は吉宗公、神主は亀井和泉守。
「この青菜は旨い。名前は？」
「ありません」
「小松川にちなんで小松菜と名付けよ」
という感じです。

 現在の東京は大都会そのものですが、江戸時代の江戸は「世界的に見ても大都市」でありながら、水の都で、おいしい野菜も収穫できるところだったのですね。
 あ。今でも、美味しい野菜は収穫できます、よね。谷中生姜も練馬大根も現役ですね。

小松川千本桜も名所です。江戸川区・小松川エリアは桜の名所が多いです。
桜は葛西臨海公園にも、たくさん植えられています。

Komatsugawa 1000 cherry blossoms are also a famous place. There are many famous cherry blossom spots in the Edogawa Ward and Komatsugawa areas.
