レシピ:いちごのレアチーズケーキ Recipe : Strawberry Raw Cheese Cake



バレンタインデーに嫁からチョコレートをもらっていたので、そのお返しに新作レシピを作りました。

いちごをピューレ状にせずあえて果肉が残るように潰すことで、チーズに負けずいちごが味わえる仕上がりにしました。

SERVING
1 round cake pan (φ18cm)

INGREDIENTS
【Bottom】
・70g Biscuits
・30g Unsalted butter
・1 tbsp Honey
【Filling】
・1 pack Strawberry
・200g Cream cheese
・50g Sugar
・200cc Fresh cream
・5g Powdered gelatin

DIRECTIONS
<Advance preparation>
(1) Keep cream cheese to soften at room temperature.

(2) Soak powdered gelatin with 2 tbsp water.



<Preparation>
【Bottom】
(3) Put biscuits in plastic bag, and crush them finely.
(4) Put butter and honey in heat-resistant container, and heat in microwave oven at 500W for 30-60 seconds to melt.

(5) Add melted butter and honey in crashed biscuits, and bind them well. After that, place it on bottom of cake pan.




【Filling】
(6) Slice middle of 4 strawberries and remain 8 sheets for decorating. Other than that, mush roughly with fingers.


(7) Add sugar to cream cheese, and bind them well until creamy.
(8) Add fresh cream in dividing 3 times and stir well each times.


(9) Add mushed strawberry and stir well.





(10) Heat gelatin in microwave oven at 500W for 30-60
seconds to melt. Add it and stir well.




(11) Pour in filling to bottom and flat surface. Place sliced 8 strawberries on surface.



(12) Chill 3 hours over in refrigerator.
