暑いね‥
体が涼しさに慣れてしまうと、体温のコントロール機能が低下するんだ。
真夏は連日の30℃に耐えられても、涼しい日が続いた後は気温が25℃でも湿度が高いと熱中症になる場合があるので注意しましょう。#熱中症
2021年の秋分の日は暑いです。朝からというより夜のうちから湿度が高まっていく気配を感じていました。
秋分の日は心を穏やかにして過ごしたいと願っています。いろいろと過去のことを振り返ったり、将来のことに思いを馳せたり。懐かしい音楽を聴いて当時の思い出が蘇えってくるのも、このタイミングだと新鮮さが強まっている感じがします。まるで自分が17歳の頃の感覚に戻っていたりするのですが、まあ錯覚です。
数日前からチェッカーズを聴いています。とても身近なところで流れていた音楽ですが、あらためて聞き込むと楽器の演奏といいヴォーカルとコーラスのバランスといいとても心地良いです。当時は歌として聞き流したりしていても現在では歌詞をネットで検索して読むことができます。耳で聞くだけだった歌詞とは違い、文字として並んだ言葉の詞は奥が深いですね。
さらっと流れていきますよ、秋空の雲も記憶も懐かしい音楽も。
温度計はすでに30℃を超えています。暑いな。でも風は涼しいような気がするので、真夏の厳しさとは一味違いますね。

The thermometer has already exceeded 30 degrees Celsius. It's hot. But the breeze feels cool, so it's a bit different from the harshness of midsummer.

全国の35℃以上の猛暑日の地点数は、5年間の平均ですと8月11日がピークとなります。
7月1日から9月30日までの猛暑日の地点数は、
2019年は合計3188地点
2020年は合計4747地点
2021年は合計2480地点
2022年は合計3141地点
2023年は合計7070地点
でしたが、8月16日までに
2024年は合計7042地点となっており、猛暑の夏です。
既にピークは過ぎているので、体調に気を付けて残りの夏を過ごしたいです。
