いろいろな施設が無料になるイメージ「県民の日」

それぞれの都道府県にあると思います。
「県民の日」は、学校が休みになったり、博物館などが無料になったり。
なったり、ならなかったり。ケースバイケースですね。
ちなみに東京都民の日は「10月１日」です。

茨城県民の日は「11月13日」で、
埼玉県民の日は「11月14日」になります。
I think it is in each prefecture. On "Prefectural Citizen's Day", schools are closed and museums are free. It may or may not be. It's case by case. By the way, Tokyo Citizen's Day is "October 1st". Ibaraki Prefectural Citizen's Day is "November 13th" Saitama Residents' Day will be "November 14th".

神奈川県民の日は、ありませんでした。
栃木県民の日は、千葉県と同じで「6月15日」！！

栃木においでよ。栃木県民の日は６月15日だけれどお休みではないよ。埼玉も茨城も群馬も県民の日がお休みみたいだけれど栃木はお休みではないよ

山梨県民の日は「11月20日」なのですが、そのいわれを。
旧暦11月20日が山梨県誕生の日なのですが、新暦にすると12月31日・大晦日になってしまうため「同じ数字の日付にした」という経緯があります。
Yamanashi Citizen's Day is "November 20th". November 20th of the lunar calendar is the day of birth of Yamanashi prefecture, but if it is adopted as the new calendar, it will be December 31st, New Year's Eve, so there is a history that "the date was the same number".

私は「水族館に行ったことがあるかも？」という、あいまいな記憶があります。大人になってからは、すいているほうが良いので無料や割引の日を避ける傾向があるかもしれません。そもそも時間の都合が、という話になってしまいます。

学校が休みになったりならなかったり

学校の創立記念日も、そういうところがありますよね。休校になる学校、ならない学校。
学校の創立記念日は授業は休みでも、なんらかの行事やイベントや練習があって学校に行っていました。純粋な休みって、あんまりなかった気がします。
