梅の実落としが始まると梅雨本番だなと感じます When the plums start to drop, I feel that it's the rainy season.

梅の実が青く実ると、いよいよ本格的に夏が来るんだなと感じます。

もちろん夏の前の梅雨も本番ですね。

 When the plum fruits grow blue, I feel that summer is finally coming in earnest.

Of course, the rainy season before summer is also the real thing.

昨年、わがやの梅はたくさんの実をつけました。実が落ちまくって野鳥がつついたのか野獣がかっさらっていったのか、いつのまにか消えています。それにしても豊作だな、というのが昨年です。

 
今年は、ちらほら見かける程度な気がします。まだよく観察していないからかもしれません。でも昨年よりは少なそうです。

Last year, my plums bear a lot of fruit. Whether the fruit was falling and the wild bird was poking or the beast was kidnapped, it disappeared before I knew it. Even so, it was a good harvest last year.

 

This year, I feel like I can see it here and there. It may be because I haven't observed it well yet. But it seems to be less than last year.
